Donna manages the insurance and fills in wherever she is needed. She has been in the eye care business for 38 years, 17 years of which has been with Spearfish Eye Care Center. Donna & her husband Dennis, live in Spearfish. They have two sons Jay & Tanner. They also own their own businesses. Page ETC & Storage Solutions. Donna is a happy Grandma to Cooper, Harper & Parker.

Kim has been our optician for 22 years. She started training with Don Magnell & has become an outstanding optician. Whether it is adjusting glasses, repairing or styling, Kim is excellent. She and her husband Jake have lived in Spearfish for 34 years. They have a daughter Shawn, a little dog Peanut and 2 cats Izzy and Smoke.

Mandie joined our team in October of 2020. She has been a great addition to our Spearfish Eye Care Center family. She brings with her an enthusiastic willingness to help others and a generous spirit. Mandie enjoys golf, baking, and college hoops. She has lived in Spearfish for 18 years and has an awesome 17 year old son, Kam, who is our favorite Spartan basketball player!

Tasha joined our team in April 2023 and we are so happy to have her! She has lived in Spearfish since 2000 along with her husband, Jason, and their two children Gavin, age 8, and Daxton, age 4. She has enjoyed working with the people of the community for years. She brings life to our office with her enthusiastic and bright spirit!

Karen has been with Spearfish Eye Care Center for 20 years! You may not see much of her but she is an integral member of our team as our insurance whiz with a friendly face. She has a LOT of children in her life and she adores them all, but her little dog Lily often steals the show as the favorite :) 

Bobbie was born and raised in Spearfish and is proud to be a lifetime member of our community! She and her husband have 2 kids and keep busy running around to all of their activities as well as enjoying the outdoors. She comes to us with 13 years of optical experience, and is a wonderful, friendly, competent addition to our already stellar staff!

Tessa joined the Spearfish Eye Care Center team in August 2025. She is new to the eye care industry but is learning a lot and loving it! Tessa was born and raised in Spearfish. She graduated from BHSU in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is newly married to her husband, Kole, and they live in Belle Fourche. They have four fur children at home: their dog, Killian, two cats, Mowgli & Sam, and their beloved bird, Charlie. She enjoys spending time with her pets, reading, hiking, and traveling.
